CIT is an online bank based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Because of CIT's merger with First Citizens Bank, you can now enjoy greater banking convenience from any First Citizens Bank location.
CIT Bank also does not have an ATM network. But it doesn't charge any ATM fees and even reimburses up to $30 per month in other banks' ATM fees.
